We backtest each sport 3-5 years deep
Thousands of games. Every NFL matchup, every UFC card, every NBA, NHL, and MLB slate across multiple seasons of final scores and closing lines. We test every angle a bettor could imagine: favorites against underdogs, home against road, rivalry games, rest advantages, conference battles, playing surface, even the month on the calendar. Most patterns crumble under that much history. The few that survive are where we hunt.
Only the strongest patterns survive
"Profitable on average" does not cut it. A pattern has to stay profitable across its entire multi-season backtest to earn a name, and a single losing season puts it on the chopping block.
